What you would be getting into…
We are looking for an independent, people-oriented, and energetic Office Manager to join us. The perfect candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office as well as keeping our CEO schedule organized.
We’re looking for someone who maintains a ‘Can-Do’ approach, a positive attitude, a service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You’d be a good fit if you have:
– Excellent Office skills- Must.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew- Must.
– Responsible, independent with strong initiative skills.
– Well organized with good attention to detail.
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
– Energetic, pro-active & creative.
– Technology orientation – an advantage.
– Experience as an Office Manager, or other relevant roles at a hi-tech/startup company-an advantage.
What you’ll do?
* Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
* Be our executive team PA, helping with scheduling meetings and documentation if needed
* Be the main focal point for employees & external visitors.
* Employees onboarding & offboarding operation.
* Take care of the office environment including ongoing maintenance, relationships with suppliers, etc…
* Provide administrative support and assistance to departments and managers.
* Travel and meeting arrangements.
* Assist in the preparation of regular reports and coordinating finance expenses.
* Coordinating office activities.
